A Maintenance Technician must be able to perform routine repair and maintenance tasks competently and safely. This includes some plumbing, appliance installation, carpentry, Drywall patching and painting, Flooring and basic electrical maintenance (outlets, lights, fans and switches).
- All levels of experience considered
- Should have basic hand tools and power tools
- Must have a valid driver's license and working vehicle
Pay - Up to $22 per hour
