Young smart little Mini Pin/Chihuahua

Pablo is the sweetest little guy. He was found running on the streets in the San Fernando Valley. He absolutely loves other dogs. And is very friendly with people and children. He is about 1 year or maybe even younger. I am fostering him with my own pack of dogs and he is doing great. He is potty trained and walks well on a leash. He is a little love bug and extremely smart. I would say he would be a perfect dog for people who live in a condo/apt complex, that has lots of dogs around. Or with someone who has a yard, who likes to walk. I am waiting to get him neutered but the waiting time is a month.
