Bass Computers is looking for qualified warehouse personnel. The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, hard-working individuals who want to join a great team. Warehouse responsibilities include receiving merchandise from vendors, pulling products for customers, and following company procedures. This is a full-time warehouse position. Responsibilities: -Perform general labor warehouse work related to receipt, shipment, storage, distribution, or delivery of products and materials -Load, unload and move store inventory -Count items received or shipped and check against packing lists -Prepare materials for shipment -Work in a fast pace environment with a high focus on safety and customer service -May use any or all of the following equipment: shelving, racks, bins, pallets, carts, labeling equipment, computers, bar-code scanning equipment, and telephone systems -Be aware of and follow all safety procedures as set forth by the company -Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by supervisor Skills: -5 years warehouse experience in shipping or receiving -Experience with shipping orders through UPS and FedEx -Truck driving experience for long and short trips preferred -Bilingual speaking preferred -General understanding of warehouse processes -Forklift and pallet jack experience a plus -Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment -Team player but able to work independently
