TILE, LVP & WOOD INSTALLATION, and REFINISH JOBS AVAILABLE We are an established flooring company looking for experienced tile installers / LVP installers / hardwood floor installers and hardwood sand/finish and subcontractors. Tasks include Sanding/Refinishing Hardwood floors, Installation (hardwood (solid & engineered, tile, LVP/laminate) Sand & Finish - Need to know the art and how to sand, stain & finish solid hardwood prefinished hardwood of multiple varieties. Wood Installer - Need to know how to install laminate, engineered and solid flooring (raw wood/prefinished; sanding optional but a bonus). Tile Installer - Need to know how to lay floor, wall tiles, build shower enclosures, fire places, stone experience a big plus Qualified independent contractors will have a registered business entity in good standing, a minimum of one-year flooring installation experience, licensure where required by law a reliable vehicle, flooring installation tools, and meet minimum contractual insurance requirements (Workman's Compensation/General Liability). ***You will need to provide all gear and equipment related to installing and refinishing floors, be able to move and replace furniture/appliances. You will be compensated. ***You will need to have: a reliable vehicle, driver’s license, Workman's Compensation & General Liability insurance. The insurance is a must have.
