We need more government programs to help the needy. We need after school programs for our kids. We need better teachers to teach our failing students. Pay them more to attract teachers who cannot teach. We need bigger government programs to give employment to thoses who need emplyment. We need more social programs like free housing for those on a limited income. We need to give money to drug. users and alcoholics to help them out of there situations. We need to help minorities to get into business by giving them money to start that business. I think we should intergrate blacks into higher income neighborhoods. Build single family homes for theses families One way to pay for this is to have a City of buffalo income tax like NYC has. Also have a commuter tax for those who live outside of the city. We all need to ban togerther and help the minority.
