Description
A Seapines property management company is in need of a maintenance man/woman. Must have tools, smart phone and transportation. Must be a jack of all trades (plumbing, painting, electrical, some basic groundskeeping), self starter and able to work alone. Fun job, no pressure, and no drama! One weekend a month, and time & a half for after hours...if necessary. Pay: $21hr + $100 week incentive for using the company app + $100 month phone + Medical/dental/vision/401K & 2 weeks paid vacation. Have both FT & and PT positions available
