Property Management company looking for an individual interested in doing independent contractor task work, the title would be Boots on the Ground. This work requires supporting the Property Manager by scheduling annual property reviews, move-in, and move-out reviews, uploading the reviews to the operating software, sending the reports to the Property Manager, keeping track of and adding/removing lockboxes, taking marketing photos/marketing videos, opening and closing doors to specific units at properties for prospective tenants, using simplecrew app to track all relevant work, providing Property Manager with all relevant tenant and property information, and other duties necessary to the efficient, communicative operation of property management. The individual will be paid per task completed at the property plus a trip charge. If interested please reply to this post for interview.
