We are a growing, faith-based company looking for people who are enthusiastic about using their housekeeping skills. Our Housekeeper Will: • Keep vacation homes clean & tidy • Follow a detailed cleaning checklist • Sweep, mop, & vacuum floors • Dust baseboards, furniture, & light fixtures • Wash & dry dishes • Take out the trash • Scrub toilets & bathtubs • Clean windows • Wipe & clean appliances and cabinets • Tidy decks, porches, etc. • Pass housekeeping inspection after each task • Report to the manager after task completion • Inspect the house for damage & repairs • Stage home to be welcoming and WOW! For guest arrival Our Ideal Housekeeper: • Experienced: 1+ years of housekeeping or janitorial experience. Previous vacation rental cleaning experience is preferred. Willingness to work some weekends is required. • Flexible: Standard cleaning hours are from 9 am to 4 pm, but being semi-flexible is important since schedules are subject to guest check-ins & checkouts. • Active: Must be able to operate cleaning equipment, hand mop, and be on your feet for most of your shift. • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the house(s) to be cleaned. • Quality Focused: Meticulous about cleanliness & creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. • Works Independently: Able to self-manage, working with a team and alone. • Good Character: Someone who is dependable, trustworthy & hardworking. • Team Player: Communicates well with teammates in English. Humble enough to receive feedback & driven to provide excellent experiences for guests. • Passionate: Loves to provide an unexpected WOW! service, and understands your work's purpose and value in creating outstanding guest experiences. What We Offer our Housekeeper: • $15-$20/hour depending on skill level • Semi-flexible schedule & hours, typically between 9 am and 4 pm • Opportunities to advance & improve; a growing company with room for advancement.
