As a Restoration Manager, or Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for eliminating property damage that was caused by water or mold. The right candidate for this position will be reliable, customer-focused, and have a great work ethic. The candidate should be a responsible team-oriented leader that is able to utilize their knowledge to provide a safe and result-oriented solution. Responsibilities: Demolition, mitigation, and restoration of residential properties damaged by water and/or mold Ability to be part of a team and be a team player as a Restoration Project Manager Complete mitigation jobs in a timely and professional manner Ensure that projects are completed in an established timeframe and meets the customer’s satisfaction Ability to work with a wide assortment of tools as well as specialized drying equipment Comfortable working in confined areas such as crawlspaces and attics Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines Must to speak Spanish and English
