Minnesota Census and Democracy Partnership – Fall Meeting
Join the Minnesota Census and Democracy Partnership for our fall meeting. We’ll be sharing Census updates and resources and centering community priorities for a full and accurate count for the 2030 Census. Minnesota State Demographer, Susan Brower, will present on the latest Census data including overcount information as well as administrative data access and what this means for historically undercounted communities. We will also lead participants in a discussion on how the Census and American Community Survey is linked to all aspects of our every day lives such as education, housing, transportation, public health, and more. Attendees will also have an opportunity to share feedback on how the Census Bureau can improve the public’s experience during the 2030 Census. Minnesota Census and Democracy Partnership Inclusive Democracy grantees will also be highlighted during this event.
Light refreshments will be provided and a variety of options (vegan, gluten free, etc.) will be available.
