Josue was born and grew up in Haiti! In 2003 he immigrated to the United States to pursue his college degree. During his college years, he played on the university soccer team and traveled extensively to over two dozen countries across the world, doing humanitarian work and serving the less fortunate among us. Josue has been married to Erika Leon for 15 years. They have three beautiful children - Santiago 11, Annalise 7, and Theodore 3. In 2011 Josué Léon obtained a Master of Business Administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Soon after graduation, he joined Northwestern Mutual to pursue his dream of helping business owners, NGOs, physicians and successful families protect their wealth, prosper and create multi-generational wealth. He and his team of advisors have earned multiple accolades in the Wealth Management arena. - In 2017, South Florida Business And Wealth Magazine named him among the top 10 emerging leaders in the Palm Beaches. - In 2018, his team earned the top 30 growing teams in the nation. And they appeared before Congress for achieving the creation of $50B of Wealth in the black communities around the country - In 2019, Josue was the #1 Sales Manager (Partner) of his firm in South Florida - That same year South Florida Business and Wealth magazine recognized him as a Rising Star in Wealth Building. In 2020 through God’s providence, Northwestern Mutual, a Fortune 100 company, offered him a rare opportunity to open his own Wealth Management firm in Palm Beach Gardens and become one of only 5 Black Managing Directors out of 300 Directors in the country. Josue is busy leading the office expansion in Palm Beach County and beyond. The diversity of his team reflects the diverse backgrounds of a world-class clientele. Their ages and experiences help them deliver what they call integrated financial planning – addressing their sophisticated clients' insurance and wealth management needs. He and his team are forging something special in the Palm Beaches and are excited about what the future holds for them as part of a leading Network office managing close to $2B in client assets. Josue serves his alma mater as the VP of the Alumni Association and helps leads a mentorship program for their Rinker Business School. He coaches soccer in Palm Beach Gardens and serves as one of the Pastors at Go Family Church – a multisite, multilingual church comprises of 8K+ members. He is on the board of Xcel Strategies, a mentoring network fueling young men and women with purpose and the necessary skills needed to become productive members of society.
