Understanding how the changes in Senate Bill 4-D (Florida Statue 553.899) affect Milestone Inspections. Presented by Jeff Sellers, Vice President and Principal Engineer of Construction Solutions, Inc. (CSI). Jeff is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Civil Engineering and is now a PE (Professional Engineer) licensed in the states of Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. He has been a licensed PE practicing for 15 years. As well as leading his company as the Vice President and Principal Engineer, Jeff also works with many attorneys as an Expert Witness for complicated and technical cases.
