MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handle, weigh and crate live lobsters. Pack, lift and palletize products in boxes and crates. Lift and move crates to and from the lobster tank. Maintain a safe driving record, a current license and DOT card and safely operate box truck by planning and using safe driving routes that are approved for company owned/leased box trucks. Transport materials and goods to and from docks, dealers, retail locations, transfer stations and warehouses. Drive box truck to ports daily in season. Track product weight, daily price of product and amounts owed to fisherman on a daily order slip.
