Join us every Thursday evening for a guided group run around Baltimore! Our goal is to offer social, welcoming, community runs from different spots around the city. All paces and running experience levels are always welcome and we will have various mileage options available. We will update the locations each month. September locations are below. Thursday 9/1/22 at 6:30 pm - Meet at The Rotunda (711 W 40th St, Baltimore, MD 21211) in the grassy area in the center.Pro tip: Rita's and Cinnaholic are within reach from the start/ end point of your run! Thursday 9/8/22 at 6:30 pm - Meet at B More Licks (2437 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224) Leave extra time for parking!Pro tip: I mean... it's ice cream. Yummm. Thursday 9/15/22 at 6:30 pm - Meet at Nova Care in Locust Point (1707 Whetstone Way, Baltimore, MD 21230) will meet inside and ask a PT questions before you head out. Stretching afterwards!Pro Tip: Ice Queen's is a great way to cool down after your run. :) Thursday 9/22/22 at 6:30 pm - Meet at STAY TUNED.
