Our company is looking to hire a Pave crew foreman, paver operator, screedman, paving rakers/laborers Majority of jobs performed in Canyon and Ada counties We are hiring and experience paving crew lead/foreman that has prior experience running a pave crew -Paving Foreman position requires- Supervising and leading commercial and residential pave jobs Operating paving equipment Knowledge of measuring sq. footage to create estimates for commercial and residential pave jobs Managing paving employees Ability to communicate and problem solve -Paver Operator- Prior experience operating a paver Ability to communicate and problem solve -Paving Laborers/Rakers- Prior paving experience preferred Ability to rake Positions are felon friendly. Pre-employment drug test required Competitive pay for experienced candidates.
