Drummer looking for like minded players

Looking for group of players who want to jam initially and then see where things go. An ideal session would be someone lays down a groove or a riff and then everyone finds their place. Sound creation and exploration interests me more than covering someone else’s songs. While I’d love to develop this into something tighter and more focused down the road, initially I see this as a chance to create/learn/share. My interests are varying. As long as the music is interesting let’s try it out. Genres with more layers and substance are usually more enjoyable but sometimes the simplest song can do the same. Not w huge fan of country/thrash/dark metal/punk. Otherwise open to trying things out. I have small area in my house with drums, guitar, bass, and PA: everything needed for the basic jam. Age not important to me as long as you speak music. If it’s important to you, I’m 45.
