Free Summer Yoga at Inwood Park

Free yoga open to all, every Monday this summer (June through September). Join local yoga teacher Allison Erwin for yoga in the park. This one-hour class uses relaxing breathwork and gentle yoga flows to bring peace of mind and a greater sense of ease in your body. Imagine breathing the fresh air and gazing at the treetops during savasana. This summer highlight is a great way to meet new neighbors, discover one of Cincinnati's great parks, or simply take a little time just for you. Please bring your own mat. See you there! Brought to you by Allison Erwin Yoga (www.allisonerwin.com), the Cincinnati Parks Foundation and Mount Auburn Community Development Corporation, as part of the Cincinnati Summer Wellness programs. Please note: Rain shelter is available if the weather is drizzly, but in cases of inclement weather, class may be canceled. Please register so that we have the ability to contact you if we need to cancel class. Allison will email by 4:30pm if class is canceled. Please understand that yoga includes physical movements and, as with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, listen to your body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor.
