The goal for her yoga practice is to share a holistic approach that is known to help practitioners create mental clarity and calmness; increase body awareness; relieve chronic stress patterns; relax the mind; center attention; and sharpen concentration where increased flexibility, mobility and overall improved health are byproducts. “Because I have felt unwelcomed, and at times even unsafe showing up at a yoga studio or going into a yoga class, it is my intention to make yoga accessible to everyBODY regardless of race, gender, identity, age, size, income, lifestyles, or abilities. Yoga means Unity. Yoga can - and should - be an accessible, equitable, liberating community of practitioners.
