We work with tenants to help them make sense of the paperwork and requirements needed to apply for an apartment, and we seek to expedite this process for as many people as possible in a housing market like this. We are not brokers or landlords and do not work with any directly, but we know the process very intimately and want to help as many people as we can, especially those facing the biggest risk of housing instability. That's why we'll do our best to help you prepare ahead of time so you can show up with documents in hand and ready to sign a lease, regardless of whether you work a 9-5 or are self-employed or have other concerns. Our services include verifying requirements, consolidating existing application materials, helping translate invoices/pay stubs/W2s/applicant-provided credit reports/bank statements into the correct format, gathering confirmed former employer and landlord references into one place, and anything else that will help make an applicant's application stand out and reduce the stress of the apartment hunt. Please email us first describing your situation and whether or not you already know the requirements for the apartment you're hoping to apply to, such as income/employer verification. We will NEVER request access to your banking or any other confidential information, and do not provide leads on apartment listings or offer any financial assistance to help with move-in fees; we only work with what you give us. Our services are not a guarantee to being approved for any given listing but can be hopefully be of assistance for multiple rental applications.
