Looking for a motivated individual who would like to advance themselves in the dairy industry. Legacy Grass Dairy LLC is a 180 cow grazing based dairy and approved training site for the Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship. We are looking for an individual who wants to be engaged in all aspects of the dairy operation. Enrollment in a paid Apprenticeship on the farm is an option and encouraged. -Duties include but not limited to: • general daily farm work including milking, feeding, fencing, scraping, cleaning • Assist with field work • Assist with farm projects and building or maintenance projects • general repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities • general upkeep and cleanliness of house, lawn, farmstead, buildings, fencing and land Dairy experience is preferred but not required and compensation will be based on experience and job performance. The ideal candidate is a reliable, motivated individual with good work ethic, communication and team skills. Non smoking. Options for housing.
