About the Opportunity In this role, you will use your proven experience and a high level of customer service skills while interacting with customers and our team to accept and process equipment and product returns. You need to have a track record of reliability and consistency. This is a full-time, year-round position. More Details -Receive incoming product and equipment returns -Process product and equipment returns internally -Schedule, submit and initiate supplier returns -Use computers (Windows, Microsoft Office) and inventory system. What You’ll Need -Previous returns and receiving experience, preferred -Successfully work in a high volume, fast-paced environment, ability to shift gears quickly -Ability to lift 25-50 pounds -Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, reach -Proven computer and telephone experience -Communication and organization skills -Proven reliability.
