We are looking for a motivated General Maintenance Technician for a residential community located in Salem, NH. Candidate must be able to communicate with our residents in an effective and friendly manner. Daily tasks and skills will include a basic understanding of the following: • Light plumbing • Light electrical • Basic drywall • Painting • General carpentry • General building repairs • HVAC • Property upkeep • Landscaping • Snow removal • Occasional local travel to pick up supplies • Customer service • Basic computer skills a plus • Other tasks as assigned Excellent working environment and a competitive compensation package including paid vacation & sick time.
