Rink Services Group (RSG) is a New England based full-service ice rink company specializing in management, ice painting, construction, design & consulting. We are seeking a full time Operations Crew Member starting immediately. General Description: Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for driving the Zamboni and maintaining acceptable ice conditions at our facilities located in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. When not at one of our facilities, you will be working & representing RSG on various ice rink jobs including but not limited to; ice painting, dasher board repairs and construction. Willing to train the right person, experience with ice rinks and power tools is a plus. Additional duties include: • Some nights and weekends required • Assist in construction & dismantling of the various rinks • Various ice painting jobs • Some snow removal required • Skate sharpening Skills Required: • Basic knowledge of power tools • Ability to lift 50lbs • Must be able to work well in a team environment. • Must be highly motivated to learn new skills, that are essential for a successful rink operation. • Must have the ability to supervise and offer direction when necessary. • Must have the ability to solve problems as they arise and be able to perform tasks without supervision.
