Superintendent
We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Superintendent with knowledge of new construction building (2 to 5 stories High, multi-families and other of the same kinds)
Should be able to handle:
1. Enforcing construction contracts and scopes of work with Sub-contractors
2. Material Ordering
3. Equipment Management
4. Project scheduling
5. Oversight and Safety
6. Financial accountability
7. Buyouts
8. Sub-contractors Management
9. Inspections Management
10. Quality Control
11. Work in a fast-paced environment
12. Multi-task effectively
13. Maintain attention to detail
14. Oversee Multiple near to each other Projects
15. Report weekly and be accountable
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. (be self-sufficient and goal oriented)
