Who doesn't love a little Earth Wind & Fire? Join me for a 45 minute Dance Fit class packed with shimmy's, shakes and squats! We will burn up the winery dance floor then cool off with a delicious Slushy! Work hard, play hard is our motto and we will have some fun in the sun for sure! Grab you friends, all are welcome.... but space is limited so don't wait!! Must be 21+ with valid ID! Feel free to bring a water and a smile! No mats necessary
