It's time to get creative! Our favorite baker, Susan Gates, will be teaching us how to make the chewiest, perfectly baked focaccia bread you've ever tasted. You'll then learn how to add an instragram-worthy design to the top of the bread using a variety of ingredients. You'll be working in small groups and there may even be a friendly competition for the best looking focaccia! We'll make 2 bread designs per table, eat snacks, and enjoy the focaccia at the end. Feel free to bring your own drink to enjoy during the event. Of course, this is a social gathering so you'll meet some fun new people! Register soon because this class is sure to sell out. About Susan Gates Susan worked many years in the restaurant industry before starting the Drive Right Academy driving school with her husband. During the pandemic, she found joy in baking for friends and family, which quickly morphed into a second business, Mama Gates Bakes. You can drool over her incredible baking photos on Instagram: @mamagatesbakes. About Emm Co Emma, the owner of Emm Co, moved to Colorado a few years ago from Michigan. She has seen firsthand how difficult it can be to find community in a new city. You might hear this often - we aren’t in school anymore and it’s become more difficult to make friends. Her passion for art, food, and connecting new people led to starting this company in 2021. The purpose of Emm Co. events is to create a space for you to comfortably meet new people, learn something to better your life, and enjoy being creative with food and art. “We attended the shrimp & grits class and had a blast.
