Dr. Leah Thomas, Assistant Professor of Pastoral Care and Contextual Education at AMBS, joins us for the day in Harrisonburg. The Leadership Enrichment Committee was drawn to this theme after two years of the challenges brought by the pandemic. During the crisis in leadership in VMC, persons have experienced trauma.
