Worldgate Athletic Club & Spa will be hosting a Free World Wellness Weekend. Open to members and the public, guests will have a list of group exercise classes to choose from throughout the day including beginners and advanced yoga, meditation, dance parties and more to promote health and wellness. We will have local vendors with booths set up in our lobby area, and will have spa specials happening all weekend long!
