Description Staff Management | SMX at Rocky Brands is hiring full-time for entry level Warehouse Processors/Warehouse Processing Operators in a new distribution center in McCarran, NV (USA Parkway). Employment Type & Shifts • Full Time •Temp to Hire •1st Shift •2nd Shift Job Responsibilities To perform this processor role successfully and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to: • Print and apply different stickers/labels to product or cartons • Check items for accuracy • Identify and correct the dats for parcel packages that do not manifest and complete the manifest • Responsible for correcting labels that cannot be read by the scanners • Complete audits Position Requirements: • HS Diploma/GED Equivalent & 3 months or more related experience/training • Beginner level of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations, maintenance, instructions, and procedure manuals • Ability for prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and balancing • Lifting up to 50lbs • Additional requirements are necessary for Operator role Physical Requirements include • Ability to Lift and Carry Between 25-40 Pounds • Must Be Able to Stand for 8-12 Hours • Must Wear Ear Plugs & Safety Glasses • Must Wear Steel Toe Shoes • Must Be Willing to Work Around Dust, Dirt & Oil Associate Requirements • HS Diploma or GED • Background Check • Able to Lift 50 pounds • Drug Test • Stand for Shift Duration • Must be at least 18 years old We look forward to you joining our team!
