Awhile back we lost our aged (14 yrs) German Shepherd and are ready to open our home to another one. We live on 5 open perimeter fenced acres with additional fencing of the yard around the house. She does not need to be perfectly trained as we are happy to do some training, too, if needed. Also does not need to be purebred but we would like the German Shepherd characteristics to be evident, physically and mentally. We do not have children living at home. We are semi-retired and home a lot and very much missing having a family dog. Age range: 2 - 6 years or so and healthy. Happy to pay appropriate rehoming fee.
