Become an Abandoned House Hunter for House Rush! House Rush specializes in purchasing distressed real estate – from foreclosures, abandonments, and title issues to your standard, well-kept single-family home – we do it all. We pay owners CASH, close quickly, and our experienced team can handle even the most complicated issues. Where do you come in? We need more homes! House Rush is looking to add to our growing team of house hunters. As a house hunter, your job is to find properties that look abandoned and upload information on them into our online platform. Upload the details on one home or a thousand – whatever you find! There are no limits or minimums. What can you make? We pay $5 for each qualified house you upload. If we negotiate a purchase with the owner, we pay you an additional $500. When do you get paid? The $5 per-house payment is made within 24 hours for qualified homes via Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. If we negotiate a purchase with the owner, bonuses are generally paid within 30-60 days. What houses qualify? The rules are simple: 1. The house MUST look abandoned. If the house does not look abandoned, you must explain why you believe it is abandoned. 2. The house cannot be listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service – the real estate market). 3. The house cannot be listed as a foreclosure. 4. The house cannot be in a mobile home park. 5. The house cannot have been sold within the past year. What information do you need on each house? 1. The property address. 2. A picture of the house showing its condition and any notices posted to the front door (if any). 3. Any additional information you have on the house. If the house does not look abandoned through photos, please tell us why you believe it’s abandoned. How do I upload a house? Visit our online portal at. How do I apply? No application is necessary. When you find a house simply upload the information into our online portal. If the house you submitted qualifies, we’ll send payment to the email address you submitted within 24 hours. Can I submit houses in any area? Yes! We accept houses anywhere in Washington State. How do I determine if a house is in foreclosure or listed on the MLS? To determine if the house is in foreclosure, or listed on the MLS, search for its address on Zillow. If it’s listed as “Off Market” – you’re all good! How can I see when a house was last sold? The last sold date is available on Zillow. To find it, search for the property address on Zillow and scroll down to the “Price and tax history” section. Additional questions? Concerns?
