We are creating a safe space for women to release emotions, thoughts, and energy that has been weighing us down. This is a 3 Hour active event that will encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and let go. We will hold space for one another in numerous ways as we have an: Intro to breathworkYoga For Emotional ReleaseShadow Work JornalingFoot Wash Ceremony We will hold space for one another as we internally self-reflect and share what is on our hearts as well as minds. Be sure to bring a Yoga Mat & Journal to write in.
