Back by popular demand- Soles for A.I.R. 2022. Come and join A.I.R. Project for our annual Soles for A.I.R. community outreach event. Every year in recognition of National Domestic Violence and Bullying Prevention Awareness month in October we host this community event to raise awareness on various forms of abuse and violence and mental health and how it affects communities of color. This event is filled with presentations, performances, family fun and more! Families will be able to register their youth between August 22, 2022, starting at 12 am, (midnight), until September 12, 2022, at 11:59pm. Registration will be first come first serve. If registration is filled before the registration period ends, there will be a waitlist. If you are on the waitlist and are notified of an open slot, you must respond within the time period expressed in the notification, or your slot will be passed on to someone else. Important information for families:The event will begin at 11am. Please arrive on time. Youth ages 8-18 years old, up to 12th grade can be registered. Only one registration per child. No more than 4 children per family can be registered. For example, if you have 6 children between the ages 8 and 18, only 4 of your children can be registered to receive a pair of shoes. You must be present at the event to receive the shoes you registered for. Failure to attend will result in loss of registration. Different shoe brands fit differently, please select a size up for your child. For example, if your child wears a size 4, select size 5 to ensure the shoe fit or have room as we have no way of knowing if the shoe will be true to size. Photos and videos will be taken during the event. By registering for this event, you are agreeing to having yourself, your child(ren) and family pictures and videos taken at this event and that the images and videos can be used at the discretion of A.I.R. Project, our community partners, our sponsors and donors. Names are not used unless additional permission is given.
