Norman is a sweet senior cat around 12 years old. He lost his home and needs a nice, quiet one where he can be spoiled. He is fully vetted. He does have one discolored eye, but the vet says that it's just pigmentation, and won't affect him at all. He just wants a lap, cat treats, and lots of love! Vet reference and interview are required.
