Firestone Duluth is in search of an experienced technician Our position is for a full time experienced Automotive Technician Experienced Technician Position duties would include: Ability to service and repair automobiles with moderate complexity. We like to have a variety of skill sets employed in our store at all times and right now we are looking for an individual with solid experience with brake and front end repair. Experience on an alignment rack, tire installation, and vehicle inspections is required as well. We are a full service shop that takes pride in training and promoting from within. We offer bonus payments for successful completion of ASE testing and encourage advancement with paid training classes as well. Compensation Plan: We pay our experienced Technicians on a Flat-Rate pay program. This is based on productivity and can be highly lucrative based on performance. Your experience and interview would determine your hourly BASE PAY, but our current technicians “effective rate” ranges $25-35 per hour. Qualifications: Drug Screening Valid Drivers License Criminal Background Check Physical Screening Should have AT LEAST 1 year of professional (not do-it-yourself experience) automotive mechanical services, problem solving and repair experience.
