Summary -Looking for a RELIABLE and self-motivated individual to join our team -Job operations include using lawn mowers, leaf blowers, weed whips, and other common tools -We service the Duluth/Superior region -We're also starting to recruit employees for winter work as we're a full-service snow removal company Requirements and Qualifications -MUST have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and pass DOT physical -Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods -Any prior experience in lawn maintenance or snow removal would be helpful, but not required -Any construction/carpentry skills would be helpful as well, also not required -Conduct yourself in a professional manner Perks -Position pays $15-$25 based on skills, experience, etc. -We also offer seasonal bonuses (especially for winter!). -IRA Retirement Account, 3% company match to long-term employees. -If you're a good fit for our team we do year-round work so there's room to grow within our company.
