Popular local moving company looking to outsource some jobs

It's that time of year once more. We’re getting hundreds of phone calls every day, and we're looking to outsource some of the smaller jobs to people with cargo vans, trailers, and pickup trucks. However, we would prefer a moving crew with a box truck or a rented truck. The majority of these are 2 to 4 hour college dorm moves. Nothing too heavy or complicated. A typical day includes two to three jobs. So, with tips, a two-person crew should earn more than $500+ per day. The first two hours of work with two movers and a truck are usually paid at $170 cash. After the initial two hours have been met, additional time is $105 per hour. Individuals working alone with trucks, vans or cargo trailers earn $40 per hour. We are looking for team players who are punctual, have a positive attitude, can work well with others, and can lift 100 pounds. This is a contract job, and you will be paid daily after each job.
