All our work is in Santa Cruz County. We don't like to commute any more than you do! Our work is mid-high end residential new construction and remodels. We do everything from site development through finish. We work hard but are a chill crew to work with. We are looking for a new team member. Experience is a huge plus but we will also consider someone just starting out in the trades. If you are experienced, you'll find a place to use all your skills. If you are new, you will have a chance to learn all phases of construction. Pay will depend on experience. We pay well so you can afford to live here. The following attributes are required: Positive attitude Willingness to learn Ability to work as part of the team Reliability Transportation (we can discuss if you do not own transportation) If you have the above qualities we will teach you the rest. These things are a huge bonus: Experience: especially framing, concrete work, siding etc. Truck w/ racks Ability to read plans Specialty trades such as electrical/plumbing/windows etc Your own tools Fluent in english (we don't speak much Spanish but will work with you if you speak a little english.)
