TW Services, is a third party Warehouse Service Provider for Sysco. We are currently seeking for staff to join our team at the Food Distribution Center. We are not a temp agency. Employment would be full time and permanent. We have a fast onboarding process that can get you to work in 2 days after your interview. Position: Dock Associate Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:00AM - (approximately - 2:30 PM) Days and hours may vary depending on amount of freight. Further shift details can be addressed at interview. Compensation: Weekly pay cycle - Every Friday Time Off Accrual (Sick Paid Leave) PPO Health Insurance Opportunity to earn MONTHLY pay increases based on pallet per hour production. Base pay plus production, $640 to $1,000 weekly production pay Daily Responsibilities: Perform pre-shift checks of equipment Unload pallets Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials Breakdown and restack product from pallets Product and quantity verification Wrap pallets Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements: Must have Minimum 1 year prior warehouse experience Electric pallet jack/Forklift experience Pallet sorting experience is strongly preferred. Contingent of passing drug screen and background check Authorized to work in the U.S.A. Ability to work as a team and individually Ability to follow directions Attention to detail is key in this position Steel toe shoes required upon hire!
