Apply here: **About the role:** We are hiring for a part-time product associate whose main focus is fulfilling customer orders out of our warehouse in San Jose. As a product associate, you play a critical role in being a link between our vendors and our customers. ** This is a great opportunity to get involved in an early-stage, Tier 1 investor-backed, rapidly growing YC startup. **What you'll own and how you'll make a difference:** - Identify, locate and select correct products based on unique customer orders - Perform routine packing of various items - Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards - Receive product, put away, pick, sort, and pack product in a safe, productive and accurate manner - Ability to assist in a variety of different tasks and perform other tasks as assigned **What we're looking for:** - High energy, team player - Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stoop and spend prolonged periods of time standing/walking around warehouse and department - Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment - Must be available to work on Tuesdays (8:30am - 12:30pm) and/or Saturdays (6:30am - 1pm), opportunity for Monday’s afternoon and Friday afternoon work as well - 16 or older are requirement **Benefits** - Part time, 6-20 hours a week - Opportunity for career advancement - Be apart of a fast paced, high energy environment **About Locale** **We break down food barriers and allow consumers and producers to affordably transact in a way that was previously impossible.** Locale is about food discovery.
