Position requires a positive attitude and the ability to think quickly and multi-task. Position focuses mostly on daily data input with analysis reports, phone calls, email correspondence with frequent marketing tasks to develop new customer service relationships. Some previous landscape familiarity is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be Bi-lingual, a quick learner, organized, able to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Social Media platforms (FaceBook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc..), Creative, Professionalism and Customer Focused. Salary: $14/hour plus One week of Paid Vacation after completion of 6 months of employment. Note: $14 Starting Pay with an increase to $15.00 after 6 months and $16.50 at the completion of one year of employment with NO PERFORMANCE issues. There is an opportunity within the first year to be promoted to office manager based on performance. Experience: Bi- Lingual Preferred, Word, Excel and PowerPoint a Must, Marketing - Social Media (FaceBook, LinkedIn, etc..), Customer Service/ Phone Skills and Cleaning Experience and Landscaping Terminology/ Concepts Responsibilities: • Prepare and update schedule for the crews each day • Inbound Phone Sales • Create and Email Invoices on a daily and monthly basis • Track Employee Time • Handle Customer Complaints or Inquiries • Provide exceptional customer service while greeting visitors, accepting applications and managing the reception area • Operate multi-line telephone console, transfer calls and take messages • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing • Prepare outgoing correspondence, accept incoming correspondence, open and sort mail/FedEx/UPS • Maintain office supplies and inventories • Organize various events, meetings and luncheons • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and prepare expense reports • Conduct research for various projects and perform data entry tasks Requirements: • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong oral and written communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. • Team player with the ability to interface with other employees at various levels of the organization • Must be honest, reliable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic and positive attitude • Must have high attention to detail, be highly organized and able to multitask, often with minimal supervision * Experience as Office Asst is a plus+ * Knowledge of Landscape Terminology and Cleaning Experience is a plus+ Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
