THE SPACE x GENIUS LOCI :BREATHWORK & SOUNDBATH HEALING THURSDAY , AUGUST 25, 2022 6 PM - 7:15 PM Join us for a powerful combination of breath, meditation and sound to balance the nervous system, clear out stuck emotional energy and expand self-awareness. This breathwork practice allows you to access a deeper level of clarity and mental resilience, while the soundbath, done lying down, invites you into a therapeutic and restorative process, nurturing deep relaxation and gentle self-inquiry. This 80 min session is lead by Lisa Reider, international Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork teacher, Integrative Behavioral Therapist (RBT), and multi-modality healer. Lisa shifts the fixed model of mental health by revealing peoples’ innate capacity to adapt, respond and heal themselves. Her company Genius Loci offers integrative services for individuals, events, workshops and retreats around the world, collaborating with brands; Soho House, Coachella, SXSW, LinkedIn, Hugo Boss, Allbright, Wounded Warrior Project, and most recently THE SPACE, Lake Geneva.
