Do you have acne? Do you drink milk? Let's talk.

Description

Hi. I'm a person who struggled with acne until I was twenty four years old. I tried every product, antibiotic and toxic dose of Vitamin A (accutane and Retin-A Micro). Some of it helped, most of it didn't and none of it ever cleared my skin up. And then, on a whim and totally isolated from my skin troubles, I stopped drinking (dairy) milk. And within two months my skin was clear and has been for ten years. Needless to say, this changed my life. If you struggle with acne and are still drinking milk (and consuming dairy products like ice cream and cheese) and want to experiment with a simple dietary restriction that MAY have the potential to clear up your skin, I'd be willing to share with you more about my experience and help you craft a plan to eliminate dairy from your diet. I'm not a doctor (which is exactly why I have the courage to tell you this) and I'm not a dietician. I'm not a skin care professional nor am I posting this to make money of any kind. I am tired of watching people struggle with acne and never being told of the linkage between inflammation of the skin and dairy milk consumption. Of course, every BODY is different. What worked for me, might not work for you. But if you have acne, drink milk and want to try a new way forward, we should talk. I would be glad to share with you what I know, how to plan and give you the motivation and inspiration to (maybe, just maybe!) clear your skin up once and for all. Hope this brings hope and help to those struggling with acne. Knowledge is power.
