Looking for shoegaze & ambient guitar/keys/synth for moodiness indie

Description

pc Hi there, we are bass, drums, and vocals/guitar. Drums and guitar/vox have been playing and writing thru the pandemic and we hooked up with bass a couple of months ago. We'd like to add a 2nd guitar player or keys/synth to fill things out. The vision for the slot is a combination of rhythm and lead, washy ambient textures and feedback and noise. Looking for someone who is comfortable with minimalism and understands that oftentimes (usually possibly) less in more. This is a role that requires an engagement with effects pedals. We're looking for someone who knows their s&*t, and is no stranger to gigs, bands and music communication. Not looking for theory maestro's but you need to understand the language. The songs are pretty straightforward but with a lot of nuance. We try to practice 2x a week for a couple of hours. Homework can mitigate some of that. We're in our 40's and have day jobs. One of us even has a family, go figure. Not looking for much other than local gigs and having fun making some cool graphics. We're all Not uptight about it, though, as long as it sounds good, it's all good. Please reply with a bit about yourself - musical and band history and experience, what part of town you live in, age, what you like to listen to. Replies without samples of your music most likely will not have a response. Thanks for reading and we look forward to hearing from you.
