Caretaker for an 93 units in Oak Park. Will be responsible for keeping all interior and exterior clean and safe at all times: including interior hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, office areas, and maintenance areas. Must be able to keep sidewalks, front entrance, courtyard and alleyway clear of all debris and snow.
Need to keep plants watered and trimmed.
Every Wednesday must do pest control.
Make sure smoke detectors, CO2, and fire extinguishers are functioning and up to date.
Must be able to do unit clean outs.
Must be able to help maintenance haul appliances.
Need to be a self starter, motivated, and responsible.
Would be nice if you lived within 15 minutes of the property.
4 hours a day 4-5 days a week.
Starting pay $16/hr
