We are looking to interview job seekers who are currently looking for shop floor employment in the manufacturing sector (e.g. operators, technicians, etc.) for research that we are conducting. We are also open to interviewing those who are not currently looking but have looked for shop floor roles and opportunities in the past year or so. We would like to learn about your what your job seeking experiences have been like in manufacturing and will pay you $40 for an hour of your time. This would conducted over a virtual video call
