We are thrilled to invite your family to join us for a fun and interactive “Back to School Workshop” at the Monadnock Food Coop!  During this workshop, we will talk about simple, healthy, & fun lunch & snack Ideas that will save you time and won’t cost a fortune!  Jamie will share her school lunch tips and tricks and we will sample a few of her favorite school lunch staples!  Each family will go home with the snack recipe of the day as well as a mini ebook with fun ideas for more nutritious, delicious, and simple snacks to make after school, on the go, or any time they feel inspired to create in the kitchen!  All recipes can be adapted to meet food allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities.
