Led by Senior Executive Chef Jacob Sartin and his talented team, this intimate dinner will give guests the opportunity to experience an innovative, farm-to-table meal paired with craft beers from DESTIHL Brewery, in our private courtyard. Guests will hear first-hand from local farmers about their farm, ingredients and mission. Ingredients from other local purveyors will also be highlighted. The evening will feature a welcome beertail with passed appetizers, followed by four courses of thoughtfully crafted dishes highlighting hyper-seasonal ingredients. Each course will be paired with a DESTIHL beer, showcasing the amazing range of flavors the brewery has to offer. A full bar will also be available. Seating is communal & courses are a mix of family-style and individually plated. Ticket price includes gratuity. In the event of rain, this event will be held in the Barrel Room. There are NO REFUNDS or exchanges for this ticket, what it includes, or beers, events and promotions that may be included or associated with it. Tickets ARE transferrable.
