Join me at The Educational Farm at Joppa Hill for a Full Moon Meditation Circle on Friday, September 9th from 8-9pm! Don't miss this opportunity to sit out under the stars and connect with the moon as I lead you through some gentle guided meditations. Expect to begin by learning a bit about the moon and its current astrological placement, then settle in for some calming meditation practices designed to help you align with this energy and ground your nervous system.  This will be out in the field on the grass, so please plan to bring a blanket to sit on or whatever you feel comfortable with.
