COUGAR CONTRACTING LLC is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator who can operate a Mini, Skid Steer and Loader. The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience operating all of the equipment listed in a site development environment. Of equal importance is the ability to join the crew performing manual labor as required to move the project forward. Someone who is content to sit on the equipment and watch others pickup a shovel is not the ideal candidate. Must currently reside in Southwest Florida area. Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsites. Must have a strong work ethic and pride in their ability to get the job done. Bi-lingual a plus.
